Job Description

The FP&A Analyst position reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and is responsible for providing solid financial support to Management.
  • Support regular business analysis and allow deeper monitoring of the operational and financial activity of Concentrix operations in Portugal.

  • Coordinate bi-monthly business reviews for Key Accounts in order to promote better and deeper knowledge of those account.

  • Support the controlling tasks of the Housing rent costs (rooms 'rents for agents) in coordination with third parties and prepare monthly reports to Senior Management Controller and CFO;

  • Regular monitorization of the recruitment costs, to ensure deeper cost monitorization while linking the evolution of investment with attrition, absenteeism and market conditions. Elaborate reports to give visibility on the monthly return on the investment done.

  • Support on the costing and pricing tool´s update in order to guarantee higher accuracy.

  • Support Senior Management Controller on the business/financial estimations processes (Budget, forecast, rolling forecast, outturn);

  • Internal Audit – Internal audit of the most relevant processes/departments in order to control financial risk.

  • Review operational reports of main accounts to ease the understanding and measure the impact of operational events on the results of each project.

  • Monitorization of indirect wages costs evolution through a monthly report, presenting ins and outs, weight of wages over each CC, budget trackability and others.

  • Back up to the Senior Management Controller.

  • Support accounting team on the month closing process when needed.

Candidate Profile 

  • Significant FP&A experience within a large multi-national organisation

  • Recognized professional accounting qualification

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Advanced excel skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables

  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure

  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships at a senior and board level

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Fluent English + Portuguese
