  • Produce monthly P&L, forecast, and variance bridges for assigned areas; surface drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Help increase the % of P&L and KPIs delivered via automated reporting; document assumptions and data lineage.
  • Deliver new or improved methodologies to model various business costs and pending accruals for all aspects of the business (e.g., go-to-market investments, employee tooling, data procurement, etc.)
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams on ROI analyses (e.g., paid diligence, channel mix, CAC/LTV) and on standardized KPI definitions with the Business Intelligence team.
  • Contribute to the annual plan and long-range planning with clean inputs, reconciliations, and scenario work.
  • Support transition initiatives with clear cost tracking and reporting handoffs as financials consolidate under FP&A

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years in FP&A, accounting, or finance operations; Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or similar study with emphasis on Statistics or Data Analytics.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups/index-match, pivots, basic scenario modeling); familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Comfort with platforms typically leveraged for statistical models (e.g., R, Python, etc.)
  • Comfort with BI/FP&A tools (e.g., Workday/Adaptive, Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
  • Solid grasp of financial statements and P&L mechanics; attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Clear communicator who can explain the “why” behind the numbers.
