About the Role

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our SG&A performance management, financial planning and governance agenda. You will operate confidently across senior leadership forums and cross‑functional teams, combining strong analytical depth with a clear strategic perspective.

This role offers end‑to‑end ownership, significant stakeholder exposure, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on SG&A performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and continuously improving core FP&A processes, including:
    • Financial planning cycles (Budget/ Outlook)
    • Monthly and quarterly performance management, including variance analysis and executive reporting
    • SG&A business planning and annual target‑setting processes
  • Owning global SG&A reporting governance, including defining and implementing global standards, data structures, and guidelines
  • Delivering clear, concise, and executiveready narratives, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Acting as a trusted finance partner to CFO and across functions, ensuring alignment, transparency, and strong performance ownership
  • Driving deep‑dive analyses to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities providing recommendations that optimize performance
  • Leading and contributing to cross functional projects related to performance management, cost transparency, and process improvements

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a complex, global environment. You bring:

  • Executive presence and the ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidence.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing decisions without formal authority.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with a strong helicopter view
  • Strong storytelling skills - turning data into insights that drive action.
  • Financial modelling proficiency and advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Proactiveness and rigor in planning, combined with a disciplined approach to process and governance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and challenges simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a clear drive to make an impact

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance or related field
  • Extensive experience from financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or performance management roles within a global organisation
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud or similar) is an advantage
