Bring your energy to Aggreko as an FP&A Analyst based in Dakar. You’ll play a key role in supporting the FP&A Manager with the preparation of the business financial planning as well as with relevant analysis for business performance reviews.

What you’ll do as [role]:
- Lead accurate financial reporting and planning including full P&L and balance sheet actuals, quarterly reforecasts, annual budgets, 5-year plans, and month-end management reporting packs.
- Strengthen financial controls by reviewing BPO-prepared balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal control standards, and resolving month-end issues.
- Deliver insightful performance analysis across profitability, costs, cash flow, and key operational KPIs, supporting EPR/QPR reviews and ad hoc financial modelling needs.
- Drive effective cost control by tracking mobilisation/demobilisation expenses, service materials, and indirect project costs while identifying control gaps and improving cost visibility.
- Improve business processes and data integrity through continuous clean-up of business centres and closed projects, enhancing reporting accuracy and system quality.
You are:
- Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, with strong capability in preparing accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting.
- Hands-on exposure to month-end close, management reporting, and reviewing/challenging balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong cost control and project cost analysis background, including mobilisation/demobilisation, materials, and indirect project costs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive analytical insights, and support business partnering in fast-paced or complex environments.
- Experience supporting financial controls, audits, and process improvement, with strong attention to data integrity and system accuracy.
