THE JOB:
Beerhaus is seeking a friendly and energetic Fountain Worker to create memorable guest experiences. You’ll welcome guests with a smile, provide attentive service, and tailor interactions to their unique needs, helping craft unforgettable “WOW” moments they’ll carry beyond their visit.
THE STARTING RATE: $12.50 hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu
Take and place order, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, bus tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests
Pack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condiments
Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
Remove all trash and debris from dining area to maintain cleanliness
Expedite food as needed in support of front of house staff
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years of experience as a food handler in a high-volume or similar environment
Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
