Our software saves e-commerce companies revenues that would otherwise be lost in returns. Via a link on the shop’s website, the customer can easily initiate their return, is automatically motivated to an exchange or voucher and the return is immediately processed with a shipping label. We thus automate and reduce refunds for e-commerces like Hoff or Boggi Milano by up to 55%.
About The German Market
Our Head of GTM Germany just launched REVER in the German market.
You will tackle the exciting challenge of solving the massive €20B+ returns problem for e-commerce companies in Germany, where we see return rates of 40–60% in fashion and shoeware.
For that we are seeking a super ambitious, smart and eager-to-learn graduate with sales experience who supports the Head of GTM as a right hand in launching the market. It’s a high impact, steep learning curve, full sales cycle environment. If the market gets going well, we will scale the team quickly.
You will
· Proactively research and target potential clients, including cold calling, scheduling and conducting product demonstrations.
· Build a playbook: improve sales messaging, prospecting and qualifying techniques.
· Work closely with the Head of GTM - be coached by a sales leader who has scaled startups before.
· Collaborate on product development to address market demands.
· Support day-to-day sales tasks and manage client relationships.
· Exceed performance goals and thrive in our ambitious environment.
· Seize opportunities for internal growth and development.
You have
· Native communication skills in German, professional in English.
· First sales experience and are ready to dive into this fast-paced venture.
· Quick problem-solving skills and a knack for decisive action.
· A collaborative spirit, initiative, and an insatiable drive for success.
