Mission:
You will be an Foundation Middleware Engineer, participate in the next generation vehicle architecture software platform development, dedicate to the foundation middleware deployment.
You will participate in designing, developing, integrating, and debugging vehicle mode management, energy management, health management and time management software with the team or our suppliers to ensure the foundation middleware of the embedded system implement in vehicles.
The middleware of vehicle mode management, energy management, health management and time management are the core services for the vehicle.
Scope of action:
You participate in the middleware (mode/ energy/ health/ time management) realization of detailed design, code, and test for Zonal Control Unit (eBody).
You perform debugging the software at the unit level, inter-ECU level and Lab Car level.
All of these activities are paced according to the Agile SAFe method.
Qualification requirements:
You have graduated from an engineering school or university with Bachelor’s degree or above and have at least 5 years of experience in embedded software, have at least one complete vehicle model software developement experience.
You have mastered or have first experience in the following areas:
C/ C++ Language, UML Language Vector (CAPL),
CAN/FD / LIN/ Automotive Ethernet,
Software configuration management tool: GITLAB, JIRA, CODEBEAMER, IDE (EB tresos, Vector DaVinci, etc.),
Autosar Classic Platform (RTE, BSW, MCAL),
Vehicle mode management (Vehicle State, Wake Up/ Sleep, SMOS ON/OFF Control, etc.) strategy and deployment,
Energy management (Battery, EV Charge, etc.)
Health management (WdgM, Limp Home, SafeReact, Safe CDD, etc.),
Time management (Time Sync, gPTP, etc.)
Debugging tool (Lauterbach, Vector CANoe & VN serial interface card, etc.)
Software test (Test Case, Test Script, Validation, etc.).
Skills in the following areas are a plus:
Fluent English communication
Software architecture
Software language (Python, CAPL, etc.)
Functional safety
SAFe Agile @ Scale methodology and environment
