As a Formulations Processor I, you will support the manufacture of high‑quality formulations at our Greenwood site. You will be part of a dedicated, collaborative team that plays a vital role in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant capsule production.

What you will do

  • Blend defined ingredients into master batches following approved manufacturing instructions.
  • Monitor processes to ensure they remain within control limits and meet quality standards.
  • Identify and respond promptly to process deviations to maintain safe and reliable production.
  • Perform routine sampling, inspections, and checks to confirm product quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate production records in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe to support product quality and workplace safety.
  • Work scheduled 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.

What we are looking for

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to perform basic math, including percentages, decimals, and fractions.
  • Comfort using precision weighing and measuring equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass a color hue test requirement.
  • Willingness to work 12hr shifts and support team coverage as needed.
