Formulation Scientist

One of India's fastest growing consumer health startups -- Clinikally -- is looking for a seasoned Formulation Scientist. You will create unique product formulations to be delivered to millions of users, and play a vital role in building out a new, fun and inclusive scientific team.

The best fit:

• MPharm (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent degree required
• Smart and knowledgeable in cosmeceutical manufacturing
• Knack for formulations especially in personal care, skin care and hair care
• Knows all about Technology transfer + R&D
• Can rapidly build and scale a scientific team
• Has worked with notable brands

You Will:

• Create Rx grade cosmeceutical formulae
• Work with our team of in-house doctors to envision condition-specific solutions
• Restock lab supplies
• Maintain experimental results for our pilot studies
• Generate new product ideas
• Create rapid prototypes, dye solutions for color matching
• Make samples for doctor testing
• Supervise production batches
• Solve stability problems
• Assist in writing product concepts
• Present new technologies to non-scientists
