EisnerAmper is seeking a Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services Managing Director to lead complex engagements and drive strategic growth within our Financial Advisory Services practice. This leader will play a critical role in delivering high-impact advisory services across disputes, investigations, and valuation matters while helping to shape the future of the practice. The Managing Director will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to team members, and a key contributor to business development and thought leadership initiatives.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Leading and advising on complex forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation engagements, including damages analyses, investigations, and expert witness services
Serving as a trusted advisor to attorneys, corporate clients, and other stakeholders across a wide range of dispute and advisory matters
Managing cross-functional teams delivering forensic, valuation, and financial analysis services to support litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
Overseeing all aspects of client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and technical excellence in deliverables
Developing and expanding client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the FLVS practice
Driving practice growth through strategic initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and collaboration with firm leadership
Representing the firm as a thought leader through industry involvement, publications, and speaking engagements
Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, valuation, or related advisory services
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience leading complex engagements involving litigation, disputes, investigations, or valuation matters
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and originate new business
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
CPA, ABV, CFF, CFA, or other relevant professional certification
Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field)
Broad expertise in litigation services, including damages calculations and expert reporting across a variety of case types
Experience serving as an expert witness or supporting expert testimony
