Job Purpose
We are looking for a Food Lover and Growth Hunter to lead, inspire and drive our Vietnam Foods business to new height.
This Commercial Lead role will take full ownership of delivering the strategy, plans, and P&L for Foods Vietnam, leading and inspire collaboration of a cross functional team such as Marketing, CBD, and CSP teams to achieve both short-term and long-term performance. The role provides strategic direction to deliver on in-year targets with full P&L accountability, making strategic trade-offs as needed to ensure success. This role will bring clarity and prioritization to perform in the short-term and also bring thought leadership thinking 3 steps ahead on future channel/category/consumer shifts and transforming the business to win.
