JOB PURPOSE

If you looking to break down the barrier between accountancy and management to support business objectives and corporate growth & act as an advisor to leadership, supporting business decision making through a combination of analytical insights, strategic acumen, and commercial mindedness then this role is just for you!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Support ongoing analysis to deliver insights on key variables relevant to the business.
• Assist the team in meeting business performance targets by contributing to multi-functional planning and helping with rolling forecasts and resource allocation.
• Provide data-driven insights for business decisions by applying financial and commercial understanding.
• Act with business acumen creating actionable strategies and initiatives within the business team.
• Support strategic planning, financial modeling for innovation projects, and monitor budgets for relevant sub-functions.
• Track performance, identify trends, and suggest actions to capture opportunities or mitigate risks.
• Undertakes business competitor performance review.
• Ensuring all business processes within the partnered function align with the Global framework of operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting / economics
• 1 to 2 Years Experience in FMCG
• Fluent in English
• Preferred Skills: (Previous experience in SAP/Hyperion, Previous Experience in Finance Business Partnering Role)
