Food Services - Chick-Fil-A Diamondback Cashier/FOH-(Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) (FWS/NFWS)

Purpose within the Organization:

The purpose of this position is to act as a Front of House (FOH) team member for the Chick-Fil-A Diamondback location on campus. This position will greet and take orders from customers and prepare orders. As a Food Service Worker, this position will also prepare food, bag food, and make sure all product is prepared to Chick-Fil-A standards.

Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

• Greet all customers in the serving and dining areas.
• Record all sales, collect money, operate a cash register, and follow all cash handling procedures as required.
• Provide attentive and responsive customer service.
• May be required to prepare for service before the meal and clean the dining room after the meal.
• May be required to clean and sanitize workstations, counters, steam tables and other equipment.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must comply with any dress code and PPE requirements.
• Must have a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card and non-slip shoes.
• Willingness to be open to learning and growing.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must comply with all dress code requirements.
• Ability to work over Summer preferred.

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.

• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
