Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Service Expediter (Food Runner) to join the Pavyllon team.

Your role

This is a key role within the restaurant, acting as the link between the kitchen and the dining room. You will manage the pass during service, ensuring dishes are presented to the highest standard and delivered promptly to guests. You will also assist with food running, maintaining smooth communication between chefs and front-of-house.

What you will do:

  • Oversee the pass during service, ensuring accuracy and quality of dishes leaving the kitchen

  • Coordinate timing between kitchen and service teams

  • Deliver dishes to guests with precision and care

  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and guest interaction

  • Support the Commis Waiters and Chef de Rang team as needed during service

  • Support the team in creating a seamless dining experience

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or fine dining environment

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

Schedule and hours:

  • This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

  • Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am

  • The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
