We are looking for a Food & Beverage Intern to be a part of our F&B Department. You will work closely with our Food & Beverage team in both front of house and back of house. This will be a rotational internship where you will get to explore all areas of Food & Beverage.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Learn how to set F&B stations including coffee, appetizers, and buffets.
• Learn how to read and prepare from production sheets.
• Prepare the production of all manual food products as assigned by the Executive Chef.
• Maintain and clean inventory of small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies.
• Clean and properly maintain working areas and equipment in kitchen.
• Organize and properly store perishables for cooks and receiving and issuing clerks.
• Maintain quality food production standards.
• Work with the Director of F&B on other day-to-day activities.

• Working towards an undergraduate degree.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to organize large amounts of information.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, highly reliable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; flexible.
• Bilingual is preferred.

License/Certificate

• Food Handlers Certification is required
• TABC Certification is preferred.
