However paradise might look for you, we guarantee you’ll find it here.Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and pool outlets, ensuring service excellence in line with Four Seasons standards.
Supervise day-to-day operations in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead, guide, and support team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to service standards, grooming, and operational procedures.
Assist in training, coaching, and developing staff to enhance performance, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational flow, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a high level of hospitality, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate daily briefings, assign duties, and manage staff scheduling in collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager.
Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed accurately for both restaurant and pool operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with Four Seasons policies and local regulations.
Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure proper handling of equipment and supplies.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Support cost control initiatives by minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
High School education or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of restaurant and pool service operations within a luxury hospitality environment.
Excellent leadership and team supervision skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and cost management.
Understanding of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
