Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our F&B team- a supervisor who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!
What are we looking for?
A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
A leader with strong knowledge of training principles and a keen ability to identify gaps in service standards to continually elevate the guest experience
What would you bring to the table?
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-end restaurant or related work
Strong F&B knowledge and server skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and move around the restaurant and hotel area for the entire shift
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Current New Mexico Alcohol Server and Food Handler certifications
What would my job responsibilities be?
Play a key role in developing F&B staff through Four Seasons service standards, inspiring and guiding employees to consistently deliver excellence
Provide leadership within F&B operations and seamlessly extend support across all F&B outlets in response to operational demands
Build strong, authentic connections with staff to foster a positive and engaged team culture
Clearly communicate information to staff, empowering them to make thoughtful decisions that elevate the guest experience
Maintain deep knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and coach staff to confidently share ingredient details and engaging menu descriptions
Commit to continuous learning, expanding your expertise in food and beverage products
Perform additional administrative duties, including inventories, scheduling, and menu planning
