Job Summary: About the position: This position is located at the La Bella Vista Club (Area F). This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. Scheduled tour of duty will require evenings, weekends, and holiday work hours.

Major Duties:

  • Participates in the management of all operational areas through all functional activities associated within the Club and assist as needed in other areas of the Community Service Flight. Work assignments include, but are not limited to, employee scheduling, counseling, procurement, program development, and implementation, training, inventory responsibilities, researching discrepancies, conducting staff meetings, and handling complaints or incidents. Receives and records all incoming invoices, general correspondence, Transfers Between Cost Centers (TBCC), and any other similar correspondence. Maintains accurate filing of all official Food and Beverage operations forms and correspondence according to Air Force guidelines. Performs tasks as per the organization's programs, policies, and objectives. The incumbent will provide analytical, statistical, financial, procedural, technical and operational reports pertaining to the Club and occasionally other food and beverage operations within the Community Services Flight. Compiles necessary data and submits to supervisor for review and final determination and/or action. Maintains suspense files, contract files, regulations, directives, etc., and posts changes as required. Prepares payroll for management review and approval. Provides administrative support with local national and appropriated fund payroll for the program. Prepares labor reports for management review and action. Prepares purchase request and internal accounting documents from draft or verbal instructions from management. Occasionally, contacts Italian vendors or businesses.
