As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape the space security cooperation and security assistance mission by providing technical expertise to integrate the U.S. Space Force Satellite Communication (SATCOM) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) mission area programs of record into the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) enterprise and enable export to international partners. You’ll coordinate with key stakeholders to support the technology release and foreign disclosure (TRFD) process and ensure compliance with Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 16-1. You’ll develop and deliver high-quality written products and briefings to executive-level leadership, including SES, and GO, to report programmatic milestones.

You Have:
6+ years of experience with space operations
3+ years of experience in the mission area
Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle and FMS policies, processes, and stakeholders
Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint and communicate at the executive level
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
Nice If You Have:
Experience with TRFD policy and processes
Knowledge of the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration (SAF/SQ)’s role in security assistance and FMS and relationship to key stakeholders such as Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA), Space Systems Command (SSC), Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation (AFSAC), and Air Force Security Assistance and Training (AFSAT)
Ability to use MS tools such as Power Apps, including Power BI
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
