Salary Range: $143913 - $197200 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a (FMS) Program Manager - Country Program Director for Saudi Arabi in the Navy International Programs Office of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE.

Major Duties:

  • You will direct assignments to encourage employee development and cross-functional growth to meet organizational needs.
  • You will lead, define, manage, and integrates efforts of several groups or teams. You will assume and assign ownership of processes and products, as appropriate.
  • You will assess and provide strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures.
  • You will define, establish, and direct organizational focus on challenging and highly complex projects/ programs.
  • You will prepare, review, and approve major reports or policies of organization for internal and external distribution.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of STATE, OSD, Navy and Marine Corps Component Commanders, Combatant Commander and DON polices with regard to Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Leases, Grants, and other weapons transfer initiatives under the Security Assistance program; Ability to develop, coordinate, manage and deliver (verbally or in writing) DON positions to foreign officials, U.S. officials and private industry; - Ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate with partner's program offices and country teams; Knowledge of the development, implementation, execution and closure of Letters of Offer and Acceptance; Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
