About the Role


As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee the end to end delivery of maintenance services across the client’s asset portfolio. You’ll work closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and site teams to ensure seamless operations, strong compliance, and exceptional service outcomes.


General Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance services delivered by external suppliers across the asset portfolio

  • Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and service level agreements

  • Act as an escalation point for Regional Facility Leads and Coordinators

  • Support direct reports in managing site operations to minimise disruption to business activities

  • Uphold company values and comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies

  • Deliver both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance in line with operational and asset management requirements

  • Ensure all maintenance activities meet contractual and compliance obligations

  • Perform additional duties as required by the direct manager


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee 24/7 Operations Centre performance for logging and managing service requests

  • Ensure service requests are classified, logged, and actioned within agreed response times

  • Contract & Supplier Management

  • Manage supplier performance, contract scope, cost control, and compliance

  • Ensure quality control processes are implemented and service standards are met

  • Financial & Reporting

  • Monitor maintenance budgets and approve purchase orders within delegation limits

  • Facilitate monthly/quarterly supplier meetings and ensure accurate reporting

  • Ensure all service documentation is collected, reviewed, and archived

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Facilities Manager with strong supplier and contract management skills

  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Organised, proactive, and solutions focused

  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes, compliance, and operational risk

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
