About you:
Basic Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of background in Supply Chain Planning or Batch Release, Preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record aligning stakeholders, driving decision-making (Prioritization) and optimizing business outcome for customer focus
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Quality or related field - required
Other Qualifications:
Soft skills: Interpersonal skills: ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners within site functions to gather information and assess feasibility. Change agent: ensure best practice implementation and system adoption / system evolution. Proactivity is a must, given the anticipation component of the position.
Technical skills: proficient or familiar with LIMS, Qualipso, FaCT, eBR and iShift (SAP). High analytical capabilities and creativity to analyze data, collect insights and build mitigation plans to meet our customer’s needs.
Education: APICS certification preferred
Languages: Fluent in English to work within a global function
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate FFIP Lot Releases:
The Flow Controller serves as a key liaison between the FFIP focus factory and Global Supply Planning. Responsible for supporting and prioritizing all aspects of release at each FFIP manufacturing stage including Record Review status, Deviation closure timing, CCR status, CBER submission and release, as well as Quality testing, and Batch Release. Oversees and coordinates the end-to-end flow of FFIP lots to ensure timely, compliant and uninterrupted product supply. This role serves as the central point of visibility for all lot statuses and proactively drives the release process by coordinating with cross‑functional teams, identifying risks, and ensuring all actions are completed to meet supply demands.
Lead the Daily FaCT Meeting:
Daily FaCT Meeting is a cross-functional, action-driven meeting which includes representatives from Operations, Supply Chain, Batch Release, QA, QC, and ad hoc members, as needed, to monitor detailed lot progression to support the needs of the business. The meeting requires detailed lot tracking to ensure the supply plan is met and to escalate any issues in a timely manner.
Intersite Coordination:
Liaison between Swiftwater and other Sanofi sites to ensure US supply is in line with commercial operations. Lead and support cross‑site coordination for products manufactured across multiple sites, ensuring that lot release timelines, priorities, and dependencies are aligned. Communicate issues, risks, and delays to partner sites while providing clear release priorities and target completion dates to support seamless inter‑site flow.

FaCT Support:
Responsible for creating and maintaining various FaCT Kanban boards, providing troubleshooting and support, when needed.
SMS 2.0:
Support SMS 2.0 implementation and maturity across multiple ecosystems
Cycle time tracking:
Support Cycle Time tracking and metrics reporting for NH Flu, Meninge and Mainline products using various systems
Present information at applicable forums
Meeting participation & contribution:
Lead daily FaCT meeting
Lead/Participate in weekly cross-site meetings
Lead Weekly Release meeting during NH Flu Campaign
Attend weekly Protocol meeting
Attend weekly Product Team and Tactical Meetings
Attend Level 1 / 2 meetings as necessary
Tracks and reports out MPS and POP
Liason between E2E flow controllers and Batch Release to meet the supply plan

The salary range for this position is:
