Working directly with and reporting to Director of Flight Education. The Flight Education Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing the strategies for advancing the vision and initiatives set by the Director of Flight Education; Serves as an internal liaison with departments and internal and external working groups related to creating and maintaining community partnerships. The Flight Education Supervisor assists director with financial management, ensuring sound business practices; evaluates and implements new business opportunities, maintains student flight accounts, develops and implements the activities of the undergraduate aviation program in the Center for Aviation Studies; this position guides students through the Professional Pilot Specialization courses; serves as advising liaison to current and future Flight Education students; guides students on future career, leadership and professional development opportunities; represents the Flight Education Department at college level recruitment and orientation events and assists incoming students with scheduling;

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience Required:

3 years of experience in a dispatch and/or scheduling environment for employees and assets. Worked with students in an educational setting.

The target hiring range for this job profile is $55,700 - $72,700. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limit to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
