The Opportunity
The Flight Dispatch Manager maintains responsibility for the oversight of various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations for students and staff alike. Responsibilities may include:
- Manage and perform Flight Dispatcher duties to maintain currency in current flight procedures and operations
- Oversight of daily flight ramp operations to include coordination and tracking of aircraft movement/repositions, maintaining current fleet listings, and assisting in the maintenance of ramp equipment
- Creation and amendment of Flight Operations policies and procedures as pertaining to Flight Dispatch
- Management of Flight Dispatch student personnel to include training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Assist Manager of Flight Operations with tasks, projects, and other areas pertaining to the safe and efficient execution of flight operations
