What Your Days Actually Look Like (The Real Deal):
- The New Car "Welcome Committee": You’ll be the first to know when new wheels are arriving. You’ll track their ETAs like a hawk and prep their documentation packages so they hit the road fast.
- DMV Wizardry: You’ll navigate the world of license plates and registrations like a pro. Whether it’s a fresh plate or a cancellation, you’re the one making sure every car is legal and ready for adventure.
- The Pipeline Pilot: You’ll steer our massive Excel spreadsheets, updating the "Who, What, and Where" of our fleet daily. If a car is on hold for an oil change or missing in action, you’re the detective on the case.
- The Auction Architect: When it’s time for a car to retire, you’ll prep the "exit packages" for auction and marshal them out the door with style and precision.
- Status Master: You’ll flip the switch on vehicle holds and clear oil change statuses, ensuring our inventory is always "green for go."
- The Month-End Hero: You’ll wrap up the month with killer detail reports that show exactly how our fleet is performing.
