A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Fleet Operations Coordinator is a key contributor to Blattner’s Supply Chain Fleet team. The Fleet Operations Coordinator will be the experts to complete MVR transactions within the HCM system of record and will ensure data integrity through auditing and reporting functions.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Monitors Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) for employees. Reviews MVR files, helps to determine employee statuses, maintains current records in relevant systems, and reports results in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Completes and maintains driver qualification files in accordance with DOT regulations.

  • Administers routine fleet transactions via the HCM system, including but not limited to onboarding, transfers, hires, job changes, and organizational changes.

  • Coordinates employment physical program with agency, site teams, and other team members. May coordinate and facilitate team or committee review meetings when applicable.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Two-years in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration degree or related discipline; or the equivalent combination of training and related experience.

  • Three to Five years of progressive experience in fleet management, fleet operations, or logistics.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • Ability to work in the Avon, MN Office full time.

  • Ability to complete data entry into HR systems (Workday, JDE, Tungsten and other databases as needed) and Driver Risk platforms (such as Samba Safety).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with and a customer service approach to problem solving.

$24.46 - $33.64 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
