Blackridge Fleet Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet Maintenance & Service Repair Technician to join our team. What You’ll Bring:
· 3+ years of fleet, medium/heavy-duty truck, or commercial equipment repair experience preferred
· Self-managed, self-starter and problem solver
· Experience with cab & fleet repair, service bodies, and vocational truck systems
· Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, lift gates, cranes, hoists, and PTO systems
· Familiarity with electrical diagnostics, wiring, and auxiliary equipment installation
· Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred
· Ability to read and interpret schematics, repair manuals, and service bulletins
· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to safely operate shop equipment and power tools
· Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
· Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
· Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
· High School Diploma or equivalent

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Perform maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles including cab & chassis trucks and specialty upfit equipment
· Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, lift gates, cranes, hoists, and related components
· Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, control modules, PTO wiring, and auxiliary systems
· Conduct preventative maintenance services on commercial fleet vehicles
· Complete multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
· Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with service advisors and supervisors
· Ensure all repairs meet company, state, federal, and manufacturer safety standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Assist with installation and service of truck-mounted equipment as needed
· Support team members and help train less experienced technicians when appropriate
