The Fleet and Loyalty Analyst is the administrative and analytical lead responsible for enhancing the performance and operational efficiency of the PRIS and Shell Go+ loyalty programs across the PUMA and Shell service station networks, as well as the Puma FLOTA system within the PUMA network. With a strong data-driven approach and a solid understanding of service station and convenience store operations, the primary objective of this role is to act as a key liaison between the commercial team and support functions (IT and Finance), driving business growth and continuously improving the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze and interpret data related to sales, reconciliations, transaction interpretation and trends in consumer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of focus for the PUMA PRIS / SHELL GO+ Loyalty Program and Puma FLEET system.
2. Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate the performance of implemented Retail programs, using key performance metrics (KPIs), to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and make adjustments as needed.
3. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with interdepartmental teams, such as sales, marketing, IT, operations, and finance, to ensure consistency and success of programs.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies, providing valuable information to inform strategic decision-making.
5. Operational Support and Loyalty Program Management: Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of loyalty programs at service stations, including system configuration, testing support for new additions, handling and resolving complex incidents, managing customer complaints, monitoring underperforming stations, and executing loyalty promotions . Engine , fraud control and management of associated financial processes such as fees, refunds and provisions.

Education and Experience:
- University degree in business, finance, data analysis or a related field.
- Previous experience in data analysis, strategic planning or retail management is preferred.
- Familiarity with data analysis technologies and tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, among others, is an advantage.
