About the Role

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Allocator (Onsite Rep) to manage daily transport operations at our location in Wacol. This is a FT Permanent position, Tuesday to Saturday.

In this role, you’ll act as the key link between Team Global Express and our customers—overseeing the allocation of deliveries, managing drivers, and ensuring operational performance meets service and compliance standards. You’ll coordinate fleet activity, resolve issues quickly, and build strong working relationships with both customer representatives and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating and monitoring daily deliveries to ensure all freight is dispatched on time and in full.

  • Coordinating vehicle and driver resources, including backup or replacement vehicles.

  • Managing a team of 15–20 contractors, including rosters, training, and performance oversight.

  • Working closely with customer staff to improve efficiency, meet KPIs, and strengthen the partnership.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, scanning, and chain of responsibility procedures.

  • Maintaining driver presentation, vehicle standards, and adherence to customer requirements.

  • Handling customer or stakeholder enquiries promptly and effectively.

  • Providing operational feedback and updates to the Courier Operations Manager.

  • This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

  • Current Driver’s Licence (Class C) required.
