Why this role matters

The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. You will play a key role in managing the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. You will bring a solid understanding of fleet management best practices, strong administrative skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll actually do
  • Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of company vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicles are in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities of vehicles’ service and inspections.
  • Schedule car internal inspections as per the car policy.
  • Address safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow all vehicle regulations and laws.
  • Utilize a GPS system to monitor drivers’ speeding and track vehicles in case of theft or other needs.
  • Effectively manage the company's fleet management system platform, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Prepare reports detailing the fleet and drivers, including warnings as per the policy.
  • Follow the company car policy and driver’s handbook.
  • Guide drivers and ensure compliance with car policy and traffic regulations.
  • Maintain driver records and ensure they meet all licensing and safety requirements.
  • Train new employees/drivers and hand over cars accordingly.
  • Assist drivers in case of accidents, car breakdowns, etc., at all times.
  • Evaluate and cost-estimate cars to be returned by leaving employees according to the car policy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and service providers for better car service.
  • Find service providers, compare costs and reliability (including insurance), and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Who we’re looking for
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in business connected with fleet management
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
