The POS Pricing Leader will be responsible for the below for International Region for Service Sales and will report to the Commercial Operations Director International.

Job Description

Requirements

• Yearly Target price setting:

  • Yearly service target pricing (Prepaid and Postpaid) by subzone (including CTS sanity check at local level) plus Option Pricing per modality

  • Factor implementation for defeatured service SLA contracts at POS (Vega + Aquila – to be implemented across INT)

  • CTS Setting (Apttus load at local CTS at TP – manual calculation and load)

• Operational Apttus maintenance – matrix pricing logic increases complexity for service pricing (outcome from WCAT simplification project implementation)

  • Equipment Bundle pricing maintenance (reconfiguration, bundle harmonizations, campaign bundles) 24’ target pricing escalation (product repositioning, market disconnect, etc) plus clean up

  • Imaging Deal escalations – daily (Tenders)

• Continuous strategic pricing actions

  • NPI pricing strategy (all Imaging….zero input from global pricing on service)

  • New offerings /dedicated IB retention campaign pricing (run analysis on impact on Service Margin Impact….margin walk)

  • GoldSeal/O&U pricing strategy (to be extended to ex-ICN)

  • Deal guidance DOA deployment on Apttus

• Competitive pricing intelligence (CoE function) Plus local analysis of similar “market” data ongoing Vs Sense check global to ensure good market alignment

• POS price reporting

  • OPI POS dashboard (automization project) – monthly

  • OPI POS dashboard including WEXT attachment rate, CM and Actuals (manual) – quarterly (detailed information needed for pricing strategy and POS CR%)

Qualifications

• You bring a Degree or relevant industry experience.

• You have proven industry experience with yearly target price setting.

• You have proven experience and familiarity with price reporting tools

• You bring excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills

• You are self-motivated and have the willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

• You are not afraid of being flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
