Fit Fab Operation Supervisor
Description -
Responsibilities
- Responsible for manufacturing activities for FIT operations, ensuring performance (inventory, cost, etc) and fulfilling downstream requirements.
- Manages a team of higher level non- exempt individual contributors who typically support moderately complex daily work activities.
- Responsible for hiring, setting, and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
- Ensures the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by next level management.
- Responsible for structuring maintenance program looking into tooling uptime / obsolescence project / spares management.
- Driving Maintenance focused tooling improvement initiatives
- Prepares Operation performance reports.
- Manages essential business critical process documents (i.e. Standard operating procedures, Statements of Work, Business Score Card / Dashboard, etc).
Education & Experience Recommended
- Diploma in Engineering
- At least 4+ years of experience in Operation Function.
- Experience in Fab tool maintenance an advantage
Preferred Attributes
- Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong people management skills, including managing teams within scope of responsibility as well as outside sphere of direct control.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
- Developed leadership skills including team building and conflict resolution and management.
