Are you passionate about solving challenging technical problems and eager to gain hands-on experience? Join our Customer Engineering Debug team that supports Intel's top customers such as Dell, Lenovo, and HP. This team analyzes, reproduces, and troubleshoots complex issues related to Intel's Converged Security and Manageability Engine (CSME) chip platform, which plays a critical role in computer security and manageability.


What you'll do:
* Analyze and debug hardware and software issues at a system level
* Reproduce customer problems, troubleshoot and analyze logs to identify root causes
* Collaborate with global engineering and customer teams to provide timely, expert troubleshooting
* Gain experience with real-world, system-level debugging and customer support

Qualifications:

* Current BSc student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering, with at least 4 semesters remaining
*Availability to work a minimum of 3.5 days per week
* Good understanding of PC architecture and operating systems; practical experience is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Motivated, curious, and a creative problem solver
* Experience as a PC technician or technical support role is an advantage
