The Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, preparing estimates, and selling fire sprinkler service, repairs, and projects. This position is ideal for a seasoned sprinkler professional ready to transition from the field into a sales-focused role while leveraging their technical expertise. The ideal candidate brings hands-on industry experience and a strong understanding of sprinkler systems, applicable codes, and customer needs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate sprinkler solutions
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts
Coordinate with operations, service, and project teams to ensure successful execution
Track sales activity and maintain accurate documentation
Support branch sales goals and overall growth initiatives
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education/Qualification:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of Outside Sales experience.
Experience selling fire sprinkler installation, remodel, and repair services is required.
Previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician or Installer is a plus, but not required.
Strong working knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, components, and applicable NFPA codes
Ability to review scopes of work and develop accurate estimates and proposals
Other Duties:

Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to travel.
