FinTech Pre-Sales Specialist

Canada - Toronto - Ontario Full time

As a Presales Specialist reporting to the VP of Regulatory Strategy you’ll play a critical role in supporting the sales and marketing team and driving the success of our sales initiatives

You will be responsible for managing bid processes and supporting new sales initiatives, such as entry into new markets. Working with the marketing and product teams to develop new sales collateral such as factsheets and demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bid & Cost Preparation: Assist with comprehensive bid responses and develop accurate cost estimates for strategic projects.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demos to highlight solution features and benefits for prospective clients.
  • Demo Environment Management: Maintain and update the shared demo environment to ensure readiness for presentations.
  • Sales Collateral Development: Create and customize sales materials that reflect current product features and market trends.
  • GTM & Upsell Support: Provide go-to-market support for new products and help identify upsell opportunities in areas like AI and market operations.


Required Qualifications

  • Project Management & Bid Experience: Proven ability to manage bid processes and coordinate complex projects effectively.
  • Technical & Product Knowledge: Familiarity with financial technology solutions and ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging internal teams and external clients.
  • Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to develop accurate cost estimates, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration & GTM Expertise: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and upsell initiatives.

This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
