Finishing Technician II - 1st Shift - $23.55/hr

1st Shift - Mon - Fri - 7:00AM - 3:30PM with OT

What you will do:

We are seeking a Finishing Technician - Fossa Production to support the manufacturing of custom TMJ implants. This role involves precision grinding, sanding, blasting, and polishing components to meet strict medical device standards.

  • Perform detailed finishing operations using grinders, sanders, buffers, and blast cabinets.
  • Use abrasive wheels, sanding belts, and polishing tools to achieve required surface finishes.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Follow GMP, safety protocols, and maintain equipment in good condition.

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical devices, dental, or precision finishing.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Knowledge of abrasive materials and polishing techniques.
