We are now hiring :

Finishing / Painting Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces of bakery machines (kneaders, mixers) for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and quality standards.
• Inspect painted components for defects and touch up as needed.
• Assist in mechanical assembly of bakery machines, following technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Support the team in fitting, aligning, and securing machine parts during assembly.
• Respecting and enforcing ATEX and environmental safety rules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines and quality standards.
• Report any issues or defects in materials or processes to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in painting, coating, or finishing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with assembly processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with spray painting equipment.
• Knowledge of bakery machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• Mechanical or technical training/certification.
