The role exists to ensure efficient operation of Finishing and Packing processes within defined quality and productivity parameters. The operator is responsible for running machines smoothly, following GMP and safety guidelines, and ensuring on‑time delivery of products within specification.
Opportunity to work in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Skill development on Finishing, Packing, Borsor, HCM and Inline Drying (ILD) machines
Exposure to GMP, safety standards, and cross-functional operations
Ensure capsule Sorting and Printing activities are performed as per approved SOPs, defined AQL, and customer requirements.
Perform effective inspection of capsules post‑printing and post‑sorting to ensure quality before packing.
Follow GMP practices, maintaining cleanliness, personal hygiene, and proper material and capsule handling.
Ensure Sorting and Printing machines, booths, and tools are clean and in good working condition.
Comply with EHS guidelines during all printing and sorting activities in respective shifts.
Coordinate with Gelatin Melting (GMR) and Engineering teams for smooth operations
Maintain documentation and records as per SOP requirements
Clean and inspect equipment for foreign capsules and record observations
Follow all SOPs for environment, health, and safety
Monitor and maintain GMP conditions including cleaning of machines, walls, floors, and equipment
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors
Participate in all mandatory training and continuously enhance operational skills
Support shutdown-related work as assigned
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Ability to follow SOPs and GMP guidelines
Good coordination and teamwork skills
Ability to operate Finishing, Packing, HCM, Borsor, ILD and I‑Box machines
Strong focus on safety, quality, and hygiene
Education-ITI or Diploma
Machine operation (Finishing, Packing, HCM, Borsor, ILD, I‑Box)
Basic documentation and record-keeping
Understanding of GMP & EHS standards
Languages-English / Hindi
