Job Description
As a Finished Goods Planning Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the planning process around our 3rd party branded products into RA. You are part of the ISC planning organisation, Managing the process for the team based in EMEA and AP. Here you will lead the inventory, service and short-term forecast process, managing a team of 10 planner buyers.
You will report to the Global Supply Planning Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own planning team responsivities for EMEA/AP factored finished goods teams, ensuring we have an uninterrupted supply to global distribution centres
- Manage the teams overall inventory performance against defined targets (service level, DOH, obsolescence, and working capital) using established planning and inventory control systems
- Identify risks and define mitigation actions proactively with stakeholders and share awareness to leadership levels
- Review and drive teams supplier performance (OTIF, lead time adherence, responsiveness), leading corrective actions where required
- Act as the 2nd level escalation point for supply constraints and supplier performance issues within your scope
- Drive continuous improvement in planning team within scope, review performance trends and business needs and link with correct teams to drive change where needed.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in supply planning, materials management, or factored sourcing environments
- Strong, preferably hands‑on experience in MRP, inventory management, and production planning principles
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, firstly planning including sourcing, logistics, and distribution
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience leading teams or acting as a functional lead in a planning or supply chain organization
- Demonstrated success in driving supplier performance improvements and executing process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in complex, global, and multicultural supply chain environments
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP), PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certifications
