As a Financial Analyst representing a Shared Service Team; you will have a unique opportunity to learn, reconcile and document balance sheet management across Canada Market.
Prime responsibilities will include daily balance sheet management, reporting processes, supporting the monthly reporting commitments, team goals and process standardization and documentation.
Through the management of the balance sheet and financial projects and reporting opportunities this role provides opportunities to ensure we provide preventative risk management our clients are at the forefront of all we do.
Position Responsibilities:
Balance Sheet & Inventory Control Management to align with Manulife's financial health
Risk Mindset to ensure Financial Goals and preventative risk measures
Create and Implement Digital Improvements for Write Off Analysis and Reporting
Support Adhoc Project Request through testing and requirements to align with Manulife's financial goals
Influence best practices within collaborative measure to ensure client is at the forefront of all we do.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years prior financial experience in balance sheet or project management
Excel Proficient
Graduate of Finance, Business
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Lawson, Infor or DART experience
Prior Power BI experience
End to end Process mapping
Prior Manulife Admin system experience

Salary range is expected to be between
$59,100.00 CAD - $98,500.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
