Joining our Global Information Reporting / AEOI team, you will play a pivotal role in advising leading financial services and corporate clients on their FATCA and CRS obligations. A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI), or equivalent, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
Significant proven experience in tax advisory or financial services, with significant exposure to FATCA, CRS, or other automatic exchange of information (AEOI) regimes.
Strong technical knowledge of Irish Revenue and OECD reporting requirements, combined with proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated experience managing client portfolios and leading compliance or advisory projects, with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Tax technology and/or automation skills and experience is a plus.
Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months
Establish yourself as the primary client contact for FATCA and CRS matters, delivering clear, practical advice and building strong, trusted relationships.
Lead and manage FATCA/CRS reporting and due diligence projects, ensuring timely, accurate filings and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and implement robust client compliance frameworks, conducting readiness assessments and recommending improvements to governance and risk controls.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership by monitoring regulatory developments and supporting training initiatives.
What type of work will I be doing?
Advising clients on FATCA/CRS obligations and compliance strategies.
Managing reporting projects and overseeing due diligence processes, including data analysis and interpretation and validation.
Designing and reviewing compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting audit responses.
Preparing technical updates, client communications, and supporting business development activities

This role can be based in any of our offices across the country, with a hybrid working model that balances office presence and remote work to support flexibility and collaboration.
