Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of audit workstreams;driving progress from initial assessment through to closure of findings.
• Evaluate financial processes and controls with a critical lens, identifying root causes behind gaps, inconsistencies, and risks.
• Drive alignment with finance teams and business units to ensure audit readiness, data accuracy, and timely execution.
• Maintain momentum across workstreams—managing timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups to ensure closure without delays.
• Translate audit findings into clear, structured outputs that support decision-making at management level.
• Push for practical, implementable improvements in controls, processes, and reporting quality.

A Bit About You

• At least 6 years of experience in audit, finance, compliance, or investigation roles.
• Background from Big 4 / second-tier firms or in-house audit/compliance, with strong exposure to financial controls and audit execution.
• Demonstrated ability to own audit workstreams end-to-end, including stakeholder management and delivery under tight timelines.
• Strong analytical judgment; able to connect details, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable operating independently in environments where structure is still being established.
• Highly disciplined and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
• High integrity and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential matters.
• Open to a 3-month contract / project-based engagement, with immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
