Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Finance & FP&A
- Coordinate the annual budget, quarterly outlooks, and multi‑year plan exercise working with regional CFO’s
- Ability to identify the root-cause and business reasons for any deviations from Budget / outlooks
- Ensure accuracy over Financials and ensure seamless month-end process
- Understanding of key drivers behind Revenue and expense line items
- Quarterly review meetings with stakeholders to ensure governance on financial health and major KPI’s
- Ownership of management reporting and regional reporting
- Sound understanding of Smartview, Essbase applications
- Understanding concepts of AUM, Flows and related applications
- Headcount reporting and analysis: And commentaries on headcount movement pertaining to New Business, Hires, and Transfers & Exits etc.
- High level of personal commitment to each task, a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver.
- Proven history of delivering timely, high quality, senior manager-level reporting and analysis from diverse, complex data sources.
- Understand client operations and organization to ensure that service delivery model is aligned.
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all levels.
2. Process Optimization
- Lead automation efforts and identify process improvement initiatives
- Drive process enhancements efforts in close ordination with IT
3. Stakeholder Partnering & Leadership
- Act as the finance business partner to the CCG leadership; provide regular insights and coordinate on actionable financial narratives.
Qualifications
- 9–10 years in FP&A within asset/investment management, with exposure to technology
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting/finance
- Strong knowledge of FP&A processes including Budget, Headcount and expense management
- Strong familiarity with risk & control frameworks
- Financial modeling, scenario planning
- Ability to coordinate and drive governance with senior stakeholders
- Working model: In-office; collaboration across Finance and IT
