Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our finance team in Hyderabad. This role involves analyzing financial data, planning & forecasting, and helping drive strategic decision-making through financial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational skills in finance and accounting and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge practical business scenarios.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze profit & loss accounts, financial statements, and related data on a recurring basis.
  • Understand financial dashboards and systems to structure accurate financial models.
  • Prepare key management and collaborate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist leadership with data-driven insights for strategic planning and monthly financial reviews.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and financial goals.
  • Apply analytical problem-solving skills to enhance financial efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferably a Master’s degree in Finance (or equivalent work experience in FP&A).
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work within standardized procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
