Join our team as Financial Planning Analyst (Temporary) to use numerous analytical tools including Excel, Tableau, SAP and NNA’s proprietary Parts Performance Database to drive informed decision making across the finance department. The candidate should be comfortable quickly analyzing large sets of data and concisely summarizing key insights while also having the ability to drill down into the details. This position will work collaboratively across departments with Purchasing, Engineering, ACO, FP&A (both Mzkri. and Central), IT and other related FIN departments. The position is open on Materials Finance, exclusively on NMEX Raw Materials to execute raw materials milestone tracking and PGM’s and In-house steel turnover calculation to be reported in Purchasing KPI. Elaboration of KPI towards BP and FCST and Impact chart per model.
You will:
- Raw Material milestone tracking: tracking and reporting of purchasing KPI’s for Raw Material.
- PGM’s & IH Steel TO calculation: calculation of TO based on standard cost.
- PGM’S monthly tracking, purchased amount vs usage amount.
- NON-PCR’s saving validation: tracking and reporting of Non PCR cost reduction activities such as credit notes validation, Monozukuri memos and shilo calculation.
- BP/FCST elaboration: elaboration of KPI’s, impact chart per model, Excel Pkg and presentation of Raw Material milestone.
- Information for Audit: preparing information for Audit such as accounting entries and the corresponding support paperwork.
- G-FASE: Financial Evaluation of Regional Strategic Suppliers.
- Supplier Compensation, extraordinary e inflationary expenses Memos approval.
You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Upper Intermediate English Level (500 pts TOEIC)
- At least 3 years of experience in financial statements contrasting these results with business plan and forecast scenarios.
- Solid knowledge in financial tools such as SAP FiCo and excel. Tableau, Oracle (Hyperion) is a plus.
