Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Gather, organize, and maintain detailed client financial data.
Prepare comprehensive financial plans and perform analysis, stress‑testing, and data verification.
Help interpret plan output and assist in implementing planning recommendations
Client Service & Support
Serve as a first point of contact for incoming client questions and service needs.
Create client presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Support onboarding of new clients, including data collection and account setup.
Conduct meeting preparation and manage post‑meeting follow‑up tasks.
Advisory Support
Prepare investment or planning recommendations for advisor review.
Execute trades and service requests as directed by the lead advisor.
Participate in client meetings (with opportunity to gradually take on segments of meetings).
Maintain accuracy and quality across all client deliverables and interactions.
Who You Are
Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple workflows.
Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow into a client‑facing advisory role.
Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn financial planning and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in financial planning, finance, economics, business, or related field.
CFP® designation/interest in pursuing the CFP® designation (or already enrolled).
Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) is a plus.
Prior experience in financial services is helpful but not required.
