Agoda has been one of the fastest-growing online travel agencies in the world in recent years, expanding our global reach as well as our portfolio of travel-related products. A critical driver to this success has been the Agoda Finance team. Within the FP&A team, we are responsible for providing insightful and actionable intel to the senior management team to facilitate effective decision-making. Experiments and data analysis deeply ingrained in our culture provide Agoda’s business leaders' strategic insights to push into new territories in sustainable and scalable ways. We also prioritise career development in Agoda Finance. Every function within the team has a well-defined career track with clear goals and development targets each step of the way.
The Opportunity:
The FP&A Manager reports to the Senior FP&A Manager and involves close collaboration with many of the key leaders within the business and the rest of the FP&A team and the broader Finance organisation.
The rapid growth of the business and the increasing complexity driven by new launches and services make this role an exciting, engaging, and challenging proposition. Expected to help drive performance, build plans for the future, and manage regular reporting, forecasting, and general planning. The role is very broad-based and will require an individual motivated to make a significant impact.
