As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (Market Platforms) reporting to Sr. Director - Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing client experiences and enabling global growth.

Participate in monthly accounting close, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support business awareness and effective resource planning.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with commentary, and support business planning and performance control across the organization.
Manage forecasting processes for projects, resources, and organizational units, including analysis of standard business and financial decisions.
Support managers with analysis of team cost baselines, resource planning, and project costs.
Build and consolidate management reports, and perform SOX controls and respond to audit requests.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in finance, accounting, project accounting, management consulting, or a similar area.
Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles and commonly used financial controlling methods and models.
Strong financial knowledge, including an understanding of cost, revenue, and cash‑flow impacts of various business activities, with excellent written and spoken English skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence when required.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, OneStream (is a plus) and/or other IT tools to perform Business and Financial Control functions.
This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
