Ravines EdgeThe Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes across all service lines. This role partners closely with the Vice President of Finance and operational leaders to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance financial performance.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Budgeting & Forecasting
· Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process in partnership with the VP of Finance.
· Collaborate with department and service line leaders to develop and finalize budgets.
· Develop rolling forecasts and multi-year projections.
· Monitor performance, analyze variances, and recommend actions.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
· Perform variance, trend, and cost analysis.
· Prepare financial reports and dashboards.
· Support evaluation of initiatives and capital projects.
· Maintain KPIs.
Strategic Financial Support
· Support strategic planning and financial modeling.
· Develop scenario models and business cases.
· Provide financial input on growth and operations.
Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure compliance with regulations (HUD, Medicare, Medicaid).
· Support audits and documentation.
· Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Financial Systems & Process Improvement
· Utilize ERP/Workday systems.
· Improve processes and reporting efficiency.
· Support system enhancements.
Stakeholder Partnership
· Partner with leaders to provide financial insights.
· Translate financial data for non-financial users.
· Provide budgeting guidance and training.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related). Master’s preferred.
Experience: 4–7 years in FP&A or financial analysis. Multi-entity or healthcare/nonprofit experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP/Workday experience preferred.
Other: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High integrity and accountability.
