The Airport business unit has over 25 years of experience investing in and managing some of the world's most complex airports, including London Heathrow Airport. Kennedy International Airport in the United States. We also participate in FMM, providing facility management services, notably under a main contract with Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar. We are currently in the process is expanding the global airport investment portfolio and anticipate new additions to come soon.

Job Description:

About The Role

The selected candidate will join Ferrovial Airports’ Financial Planning & Analysis department, supporting the company’s financial strategy through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role contributes to key projects that drive strategic decision-making, providing exposure to both corporate functions and airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take direct responsibility for monthly closings and internal/external audits, ensuring the quality and consistency of reported information.
  • Direct responsibility for tracking, analyzing and reporting overheads performance.
  • Analyze assets financial statements and monitor assets KPIs. Perform variance analysis and prepare recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management and for internal and external stakeholders. Comply with reporting obligations in the three markets where we are indexed (Annual accounts/20-F, Annual integrated report, Investor report presentations such as Factbook).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
  • Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of financial processes, identifying improvement opportunities and participating in change initiatives.
  • Active collaboration with other departments on specific tasks, gaining a holistic view of the business. (e.g., goals settings, risk definition, internal policies, and processes definition).

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in finance or similar field.
  • Advanced level in English is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
